AFVGD has the field FRDLB. I'm trying to check my config. Now no fields are hidden for project definition (OPUJ), WBS elements (OPUK), Network header (OPUA), Network overview (OPUB) and Network details (OPUC), yet nothing.
Client 1 system has ECC-DIMP - 600 and support pack level 0026. Is your ECC-DIMP activated? Here the system shows it to be installed but not activated. So that may be the issue. Are you able to view DIMP_SDUD in SFW5? Is it activated or deactivated?
In one link I saw a mention that ECC-DIMP and the SAP_APPL version should be the same. Here SAP_APPL is release 617, SP level 0006.

In another, as per SAP note 2020282, DIMP should be active (but I did not understand the solution):
"Reason and Prerequisites Reason:
A function is missing.
A prerequisite is that DIMP is active.
Solution
After the implementation of this SAP Note, the indicator for subcontracting is not longer available in the basic order view in the external processing dynpro. Due to design issues, the subcontracting process cannot be triggered from within the basic order view, or it cannot be supported to the full extent necessary for business. Switch from the basic order view to the classic view to trigger the subcontracting process."
