Adding additional Alert types Say Red_Critical

Hi,

I am in the process of configuring technical monitoring in Solution manager

There are two alert types namely Red and Yellow

I want to add another alert type say RED_Critical which notifies multiple teams of very critical errors.

How do i achieve this
