REM is a product cost by period scenario..here the PCC will play a major role for making periodic settlement
hence SCE and Preliminary cost estimation is mandatory in REM Scenario
Coming to discrete manufacturing it is a product cost by order i.e. production / Process order it self is a cost carrying object hence what ever standard cost is there at the time of order creation system will capture that and calculate the planned and target costs
what will be the impact.Will the system still be able to determine the planned cost: please keep the SCE empty and create the production order then system will show the planned cost as Zero `
