BW Upgrade 7.4 - SUM Error Activation Check

Hi guys,

i'm doing a upgrade from 7.30 to 7.40. In the Check Phase I get this error:

ERROR: Errors occurred during ACTIVATION CHECK. For more information, see the log file of the background job RSUPGRCHECK.SID. The following is the content of the summary error log file:

I really don't know what to do. There is no detailed error. Just Return code 8.

The RSUPGRCHECK.SID File is about 60k lines long. Found 2 lines with Error (same as above). No other log is helping. 

Anyone got an idea?
