I have a requirement for maintaining Customer Lic specific to pharma Industry. e.g. DEA number, State Pharma Lic, HIN Number, Public Health System Number. Currently it is maintained in Z Table. Has anyone have come across any other options for maintaining these Lic in Standard SAP. If yes, how? Can License Master functionality be used for this?

Re: How to add the collaborator automatically
Hi,
I have found a way that i can add the user as the collaborator in the MA Template first. Then when the MA Template was chose in the process of creating contract through the Contact Template, it will be added as the collaborator automatically. But it only apply to the contract which was created by the Contract Template, not fit to the one-time contract which was created directly.

Hi experts,
I have a report requirement in which I need to schedule a report for the previous-previous month.
Our users want to see previous-previous month data in 1 report table. For eg say: if iam in FEB 2016 derived from last execution date of the report, then users want to see previous-previous month data in 1 report table ---ie. DEC 2015.
Our Environment: BO XI R2, WebI report, Bex I have no access to BW backends, so i am in need to achieve this in webi.
Is there a way to get previous - previous month by just using last execution date of the report like any formula variable that calculates previous-previous month based on the lastexecutiondate object.

Calendar Date Extract
Hi Experts,
I have a report in which displaying the Calendar Date column as below format:
11/5/2015 12:00 AM
3/23/2015 12:00 AM
8/20/2015 12:00 AM
1) i would like to extract from above date only the month(11,3,8) and year(2015) from above
2) Then i would like to display month 11,3,8 as 011,003,008
Thus, the user would like to see finally the date as 011 2015

Please guide me through this with an webi formula if possible any screenshots.

Assets With Scrap Value
Dear Friends,
My company want to input Scrap value for assets. We need to update scrap value and reduce form book value and remaining amount need to start depreciation. Below is the screen shot for depreciation configuration.
I follow the above configuration, Scrap amount was reduced from book value and start depreciation for remaining amount. But in end of year amount was adjusted and show in period 12.
eg :
Book value : 10,169,612.46
Scrap Value :1,016,961.00
Useful life : 5 years
After remove Scrap Value book value : 9152651.46 ( Monthly depreciation 9152651.46/60 = 152544.19)
But end of the year in period 12 showing : 355,936.39
Please let me know anything missing in the configuration.

Valuation is done as soon as lot is create. Inspection is assumed to be successful and its then checked whether a stage is required or not
If at UD the lot is rejected, the system then records an unsuccessful inspection
DMR at UD :
the stage change is decided based on the UD taken
In most of the cases, DMR at UD is preferred

Please find the replies below:
1. Since you are loading the trial balance, the sum total of debits & credits on all the initial upload account(s) should ideally be zero. You can choose to have one or more than one initial upload accounts. There is no reason that the balance will not be zero, unless there is a difference in your legacy balances or you have not tallied the balances before upload or there is some initial error during your upload process.
2. When you upload using 561 movement type, the accounting entry should be
Stock/Inventory A/c Dr
To Initial Upload A/c
The system would read the material master price for the plant and multiply the same with quantity of the material. This will be the value which will be updated as the stock value in the inventory account GL as well as stock balance in Materials Management.
3.You would have decided on some exchange rate to use for conversion of balances. So for the conversion date, please maintain the required exchange rate in your system or your upload template and SAP would post the balances correctly with your trial balance tallied out. The accounting entry mentioned by you is correct.

We are getting the data from the database in the Gateway.
So, we thought that it might open the KM folder.
Is there a method other than the Gateway?
We do not know it to.
Because it is not a WebDynpro, it can not be used navigate_absolute.

BI Platform Support Tool Issue:
I have installed Business Objects 4.1 service pack 6. When I run a landscape report will all options checked, I get an error. The error is blank, however I notice there is no cluster name provided. In the Central Management Console I can see a cluster name. I also see that both of my nodes in the CCM belong to the same cluster.
I am unsure why the cluster name does not appear. As such, the only analysis I can get is Landscape Inspection and Server Comparison. I don't get all other items such as License Keys, Schedule....etc
I have license keys assigned. However this is a new installation, which means I don't have any schedules

Did you implement the NFC reader according to the article or did you implement it as an Open Scan interface?
Since your RFID tag is at the Equipment level, are you just going to loop over all the points and take readings for each after validating the RFID tag matches?
If you just implemented as part of the article you will need an action to
- Display a screen to show your RFID button
- Capture the scan value to a temp property
- Loop over your equipment collection looking for a match
- Conditionally display a message if no match is found
- Conditionally call the reading loop action if a match is found
This would all be Agentry except for the one field that is your RFID scan button.
If you implemented this as an Open Scan interface (and also stored the RFID tag in the equipment object) you could use the built in scan matching to then call the no match action to display the message or the match action to start the reading loop. It would eliminate steps 1-3 as you would simply invoke the built in scan button to trigger the RFID reading and use the native scan event handing.
